Professional Care for Pets & Their Humans

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What services can you provide?
We provide a regular or occasional dog walking service and personalized visiting/companionship for cats and other small pets so that they can stay in their own home while owners are away for the weekend or on holiday. We also offer home sitting where we stay and look after both home and pets while owners are away. All pets are catered for using our professional and respected standards.

Please visit our Services & Rates page for detailed information on what we offer.
  • How many times do you visit?
As many times as the client requires.
  • How long does the visit last?
Dogs — Our most popular request is for 35 minutes. This usually consists of a good walk although we also feed, groom and provide general companionship to suit individual requirements.

Cats — A 35-minute visit is normally sufficient to feed and provide companionship.
  • Can you stay in the house overnight (Home Sit)?
Yes, we do offer a home sitting service.

We would need to check our availability before committing to any dates and find out as much about your dates and specific requirements as possible. Our service is detailed and customer focused. Home sitting is a proven deterrent against domestic break-ins.
  • How much do you charge?
The charges will depend on the number and type of pets, your specific requirements and the frequency of the visits. Please provide us with as much information as you can and we will be more than happy to give you price range indications. We have posted most of our pricing on our Services & Rates page.
  • What do I do if I want to book?
Before we are able to accept any bookings we need to carry out a pet care assessment. This gives you an opportunity to meet us and us to meet you and your pets. It will take about 45 minutes to and hour and will cover details such as normal daily exercise and your pets feeding requirements. This will allow us to provide the highest level of care in your absence. It would be helpful if we can take a spare key at the time of the assessment.

To request a service or pet care assessment, please call us at (920) 629-0913 or fill out our online Service Request Form and we will call to set up our initial meeting.
  • Are there any other pet care services that you can provide?
Please contact Pampered Pets direct to find out details about all the services we offer.
  • KEY POLICY
Key policies Most clients give key(s) to the sitter at the initial interview. We have a “Ready Key” program that ensures the safety of your key. Once we get your key it is assigned a code and will be stored in our locked box. Your key code and address are stored separately for security purposes. If you do not have the key ready at the initial consultation, we charge a $15 key pick-up fee. We recommend using Ready Key for safety and convenience, but we can leave it in your home at the end of the sit, whichever you prefer. If you decide to have the sitter leave the key in your home after the last visit, please arrange for a neighbor or someone nearby to have a spare key in the event that you are delayed and your pets require further visits.
